Kevin will serve as the project manager for the Kimley-Horn team. For more than a decade, he has served as project manager on numerous Town improvement projects that have included stormwater and sanitary pump stations, water main, force main, storm sewer, structural rehabilitation, recreational facilities, and roadway design. Kevin has the expertise required to lead this program.

John Potts, P.E.

Kimley-Horn’s QA/QC advisor, John Potts, P.E., has more than 40 years of utility infrastructure experience and has been involved with projects in the Town of Palm Beach since the late 1970s. John will conduct QA/QC reviews during each phase of design to ensure that the project deliverable is technically correct and consistent with the project’s objectives. John will review project deliverables for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and complete scope compliance.

Danny Brannon, P.E.

Danny Brannon has more than 40 years of experience involving electrical design, lighting design, utility negotiations, system assessment, project management, and business case development. Danny has provided project management and engineering consulting services on projects in the Town of Palm Beach involving the conversion of all overhead electric, telephone, and cable TV utilities from overhead to underground within specific neighborhood areas.

Anjuli Panse, P.E.

Anjuli Panse, P.E.

Anjuli has more than a decade of varied municipal experience in project engineer, project manager, and engineer-of-record roles. Anjuli’s Town of Palm Beach experience includes undergrounding projects, high-profile streetscape projects, large-diameter transmission main assessment and design, structural assessment and repair, master system drainage modeling, seawall design, pump station structural design, recreational facilities, and numerous paving, grading, and drainage projects for residential roads.

Leading Mock-Roos and its team will again be Garry Gruber, P.E. Garry is a Vice President with Mock-Roos and has over 16 years of project management experience, playing a key role in over $275 million worth of infrastructure improvements in South Florida,including almost $20 million worth of full range construction improvements throughout the Island over the past five construction seasons.

Rick Asnani

Rick Asnani is the President of Cornerstone Solutions and has 22 years of experience working in the public affairs and communications industry on corporate, issue and grassroots initiatives. Cornerstone was selected to serve as the team to run the Town of Palm Beach public information campaign for the referendum on undergrounding. Cornerstone has experience working with Town executive staff, the Undergrounding Task Force, the Town Council, and community and civic organizations.

Russell Morrison, P.E

Russell Morrison is President of Waypoint. He has 30 years of experience in several fields of engineering and construction, including electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural. Since 1986, Russell has been involved in the power, land development, and telecommunications industries as an engineering and professional consultant. Russell also spent 10 years with Florida Power and Light, including serving as distribution design engineer working with design of underground primary distribution facilities.

John Cairnes has eight years of experience with Mock Roos and has design and construction administration experience for more than $175 million worth of infrastructure improvements. John’s projects include utility improvement, water, wastewater, stormwater, roadway, and pumping system disciplines.
