Phase 1 South Notice of Electrical Conversions
This communication provides property owners and residents notice of initial condominium electrical conversions from the existing overhead to the new underground system in Phase 1 South of the Townwide Undergrounding of Utilities Project. The Town’s Construction Manager will coordinate the schedule with property managers and building contacts on South Ocean Blvd from 3170 to 3475 (South Town Limit).
