Undergrounding Program – Status Update as of March 30 2020

The undergrounding project continues to move forward. Town staff continue to work remotely with full access to IT resources, conducting internal design, construction reviews and property owner meetings using audio and web based conferencing services.

Presently, the Town’s contractors are continuing construction work on the Island following the Coronavirus guidelines issued by the CDC, local, state and federal governments and their respective organizations.
