This communication provides property owners and residents a description of the process supporting condominium electrical conversions from the existing overhead to the new underground system in Phase 1 South of the Townwide Undergrounding of Utilities Project.   The Town’s Construction Manager will coordinate the schedule with property managers and building contacts on South Ocean Blvd.
