Phase 4 North Town-Wide Utility Undergrounding Project Update

NORTH LAKE WAY AT LIST ROAD

PALM BEACH, Florida – Continuing through Friday April 22, 2022 the intersection of North Lake Way and List Road will be closed to remove vegetation and install FPL equipment. All southbound traffic on North Lake Way will be detoured east on Orange Grove Road to North Ocean Boulevard.  All northbound traffic on North Lake Way will be detoured east on Via Marila to North Ocean Boulevard. The road closure will be set up in the morning and taken down at the end of each day. Please read the construction signage and drive with caution when travelling through that area. This work is being performed by the Town’s contractor, Burkhardt Construction.
