Overhead Power Lines MUST ALWAYS be considered Energized

Important Notice:

During the conversion to the Underground system, it is important to understand that both the underground system and overhead power lines must be considered energized.    The overhead power lines are live and active until the lines and poles are completely decommissioned and removed by the service providers.
