Meter Review Phase 3 Undergrounding

Dear Palm Beach Resident:

The Town of Palm Beach is beginning the design stage for Phase 3 of the Undergrounding of Utilities project. Phase 3 of the undergrounding project is divided into two sub-phases: Phase 3 North and Phase 3 South. Phase 3 North consists of properties between Osceola Way and La Puerta Way. Phase 3 South consists of properties between the southern portion of Midtown and the South County Road/South Ocean Blvd. Intersection.

It is important to the design effort to know the location of your electric meter on your home or business. The Town of Palm Beach will be sending project engineering representatives to document the location of your electric meter.

The reviews are scheduled to be performed between April 5 and April 27, 2018. The reviews will be brief and non-intrusive, no excavation or other disturbances to landscaping or hardscaping will be performed. You are not required to be present during the review.
