Below are the traffic impacts for the week of 5/09/2022 for the Phase 4 North, Phase 5 North, Phase 2 South, Phase 3 South, Phase 4 South, Phase 5 South, and Australian Avenue Watermain projects.

PHASE 4 NORTH 

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding

Northlake Way / Orange to List Road – Pulling wire, miscellaneous conduit connections

D-10 Pump Station – Equipment installation, plantings.

PHASE 5 NORTH  

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding

Hi Mount Road & West End Of Ridgeview — Conduit connections & equipment setting .Traffic maintained.

HDD – Slope Trail from Ridgeview Road to Country Club Road – Lane closure to be implemented. Traffic maintained.

Northlake Way — Country Club Road to El Dorado — Conduit connections & equipment setting. Lane closure to be implemented. Traffic maintained.

PHASE 2 SOUTH 

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding 

Miscellaneous transformer energizing & conversions dependent on switching orders from FPL.

PHASE 3 SOUTH 

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding 

Conduit connections, equipment installation, road restoration — S. County Road from Gulfstream Road north to Worth Avenue. 

Conduit connections, equipment installation, road restoration — Golfview Alley.

Miscellaneous wire pulling from the southern project limits north on Jungle Road.

Note that there will be detours onto Hammon Avenue & Gulfstream accordingly from South County.

PHASE 4 SOUTH

HDD — Peruvian Avenue between Hibiscus & Cocoanut Row.

HDD — Chilean Avenue between Cocoanut Row & Hibiscus Ave.

HDD — Cocoanut Row between Worth Avenue and Chilean Avenue.

PHASE 5 SOUTH

HDD — Peruvian Ave. between Cocoanut Row and South Lake Drive

WATER MAIN INSTALLATION

Australian Avenue — Local Traffic Only- One lane of traffic maintained- NO ON STREET PARKING. Southlake Drive to Cocoanut Row. 

Australian Avenue — Local Traffic Only- One lane of traffic maintained- NO ON STREET PARKING. South County Road to South Ocean Blvd. Scheduled to begin Wednesday 05/11/2022.
