Traffic Impacts Week of 05/16/202 for the Phase 4 North,  Phase 5 North, Phase 2 South, Phase 3 South, Phase 4 South, Phase 5 South, and Australian Avenue Watermain Projects.

Below are the traffic impacts for the week of 5/16/2022 for the Phase 4 North,  Phase 5 North, Phase 2 South, Phase 3 South, Phase 4 South, Phase 5 South, and Australian Avenue watermain projects.

PHASE 4 NORTH 

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding

Northlake Way D-10 Pump Station – Equipment installation, wire terminations, plantings.

PHASE 5 NORTH  

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding

Hi Mount Road & Ridgeview — Conduit connections & equipment setting .Traffic maintained.

HDD – Slope Trail between Fairview & Country Club Road – Lane closure to be implemented. Traffic maintained.

HDD — Cherry Lane from N. County to Northlake Way – Lane closure to be implemented. Traffic maintained.

PHASE 2 SOUTH 

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding 

Miscellaneous transformer energizing & conversions Via Bellaria & Clarendon.

PHASE 3 SOUTH 

Horizontal Directional Drilling / Undergrounding 

Tie In Crew – Conduit connections, equipment istallation — El Vedado and El Brillo Way, S. County Road from El Vedado Road to El Bravo Way, South County Road from Gulfstream Road & Worth Ave. 

Gulfview Alleyway — Open cut trenching in of conduits – “Road Closed To Thru Traffic. Local Residents Only”

Note that there may be detours onto Hammon Avenue & Gulfstream accordingly from South County.

PHASE 4 SOUTH

HDD — Chilean Avenue between Cocoanut Row & Hibiscus Ave.

PHASE 5 SOUTH

HDD — Peruvian Ave. & Cocoanut Row Intersection Work.

WATER MAIN INSTALLATION

Australian Avenue — Local Traffic Only- One lane of traffic maintained- NO ON STREET PARKING. Southlake Drive to Cocoanut Row. 

Australian Avenue — Local Traffic Only- One lane of traffic maintained- NO ON STREET PARKING. South County Road to South Ocean Blvd.
